You must have "Participate in the CME data fee waiver program" enabled under your Kinetick account connection in NinjaTrader
Eligibility is verified when you have established simultaneous connections to your real time Kinetick account and a qualifying live funded trading account at any of the following supported brokerages using a live trading version of the NinjaTrader 7 trading platform.
Upon eligibility verification, NinjaTrader will validate your account’s eligibility by submitting this information to Kinetick servers automatically.
Upon successful validation, you will see in the NinjaTrader Control Center Log tab the following message:
"CME data fee waiver program eligibility verified. Server validation successful ‘ConnectionProvideName’"!! IMPORTANT !!
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THIS LOG MESSAGE IS SEEN WHEN YOU HAVE MET THE REQUIREMENTS IN STEP 1 ABOVE. IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE MET THESE REQUIREMENTS AND YOU DO NOT SEE THIS LOG MESSAGE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CONTACT KINETICK SUPPORT AND INFORM US OF THIS
SITUATION. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEING CHARGED NON-REFUNDABLE EXCHANGE FEES.
Provided that your account is eligible and validated at least once per month, the following exchange fees will be waived provided you subscribe to them. Failure to validate once per month will result in your account being charged non-refundable exchange fees. Under no circumstances will exchange fees be refunded.
